Hi Hilde, Sure, some people canont do vigorous exercise due to their health. When I was healing my adrenals, I could hardly exercise. 15 mins of gentle aerobics was my limit. I would also walk, hike and do gentle yoga or pilates. As my health was restoring, I was able to start doing more and eventually get a level where daily vigorous exercise is something that I do 5-6 days a week. What is important is to start doing what you can and then gradually start increasing the level of activity, if your health allows you to. If not, then focusing on maintaining what you can do. Great video Yulia!Very important imtornafion for many, I know. <3 <3I am missing a bit imtornafion that also includes the ones that can not exercise, there are so may out there. More that are looking to you than you know. many want to heal, and have bodily problems that leaves them immobile. What is your best tip to them?Keep up the good work!Love Hilde

Between exercise and caeoirls: they play hand in hand. If you eat, let's say, 2000 caeoirls and burn only a 1000 you will not lose weight.Between DIET and exercise (meaning what and when you eat vs. exercise): Diet. Diet is the most important factor in weight loss.References :

Low carb = low cal. That's why it works. Plain and simple. When you revome one whole macronutrient from your plate, you reduce your calories by approx 1/3rd. Was nothing to do with? food type. You can lose weight eating pasta, or rice, or yams. So long as you run a calorie deficit. I eat lean protein, carbs, fat. I just eat less and I exercise more. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and kept it off 2 yrs now. Eat from smaller plates. Ur eyes see a full plate, but ur eating less. Go walking too
